Please vote for your favourite causes between 11am and 4pm on Sunday 21st November at Treorchy and Cwmparc Boys and Girls Club.

Treorchy Ward residents aged 15 and over are eligible to vote. Please bring along proof of residency; such as a utility bill, driving licence or government letter. Please note that passports do not have addresses on. If you are under 21 please bring proof of age. Please bring your own pen.

With Covid we recognise more people may wish a friend or relative to vote on their behalf by proxy.  The Proxy voting rules are below.

It is Treorchy's choice, please help decide.

Proxy Voting

Any resident who wishes to vote, but cannot access the voting hall for any reason must give written notice to the Fund administrators by the end of the Friday before the voting day, via letter or email.  The letter must state the voter’s name and address, why they are unable to attend and who their proxy voter shall be in their absence. The proxy voter must bring a copy of this letter (or signed email) and proof of residency to the voting hall.  A proxy voter normally can only represent one other person, but because of Covid, we are extending this this year to three people.
